At Summon Vistoria, we take every project seriously and invest significant time, skill, and creative energy from the moment work begins. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and dispute resolution.
We encourage all clients to review their project brief and proposal carefully before signing off. Clear communication upfront prevents most disputes. If something isn't right, we will always try to resolve it collaboratively first.
A deposit (typically 50% of the total project fee) is required before work commences. This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers the initial research, planning, design exploration, and time allocated to your project.
The final balance is due upon project completion. All deliverables — final source files, live deployment access, or hand-off assets — will only be transferred after the final payment is received in full. No refunds are issued after final files have been delivered and approved.
If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications outlined in the project brief or proposal, we will work with you to correct it within the agreed revision rounds at no additional charge. Dissatisfaction based on subjective preference (outside the agreed brief) does not qualify for a refund.
