By engaging Summon Vistoria ("we", "us", "our") for any services, or by using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Summon Vistoria provides web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, brand site development, pitch deck creation, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon in individual project briefs or proposals before work begins.

2. Project Engagement

• All projects commence upon receipt of a signed proposal or written confirmation and any agreed deposit.
• Project scope is defined in the proposal. Any additions to scope may result in revised timelines and fees.
• The client is responsible for providing all required content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins on any project.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files or live deployment are handed over.
• Invoices unpaid beyond 14 days of the due date may attract a late fee of 2% per week.
• All fees are stated in the agreed proposal and are subject to applicable taxes.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate, confirmed in writing before work proceeds.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom deliverables created exclusively for their project.
• We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
• Any third-party assets, fonts, or libraries used in a project are subject to their respective licences.
• Work not fully paid for remains the intellectual property of Summon Vistoria.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, briefs, and project details as confidential. We will not share proprietary client information with third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Cancellations

If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, any deposit paid is non-refundable. The client may be invoiced for work completed up to the point of cancellation at the agreed project rate. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Summon Vistoria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered work. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of its content. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
